Usage Guidelines

We are excited to support our community of creators! To help everyone enjoy and share Eterspire responsibly, please follow these guidelines when using our official assets.

Permitted Use

• Fan Content: You may use our artwork, screenshots, item sprites, gameplay footage, and in-game music in non-commercial fan creations (e.g., videos, streams, fan art, blogs, social media posts).
• Monetized Content: You may include Eterspire assets in monetized YouTube videos, Twitch streams, or other ad-supported platforms, provided the content is primarily fan-created and not a direct redistribution of the assets themselves.

Restrictions

• No Commercial Exploitation: You may not sell our assets (e.g., as NFTs, merchandise, or digital packs).
• No Redistribution: Do not re-upload or distribute our raw files (art packs, music tracks, spritesheets, etc.).
• No Misrepresentation: Do not claim our work as your own, or imply official endorsement unless we have provided explicit written approval.
• Respectful Use: Please avoid using Eterspire assets in content that promotes hate, violence, or inappropriate material.
