Eterspire Fan Content Guidelines

Last edited: November 6, 2026

In short: if you are making something based on Eterspire because you enjoy Eterspire, use common sense, make it clear that your work is unofficial, and do not harm the game or its community.

Fan Content means original creative work based on Eterspire, including art, music, videos, merchandise, software and fan games. Anyone may create it, and you do not need our permission as long as you follow these guidelines.

Your Fan Content should always:

  • Clearly say that it is unofficial. For example: "Unofficial fan work based on Eterspire. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Stonehollow Workshop."
  • Credit other creators and obtain permission before using their work.
  • Follow the laws and the rules of the platforms, events and stores you use.

Your Fan Content should never:

  • Claim to be official, approved or endorsed by Stonehollow Workshop.
  • Consist of, substantially reuse, or redistribute unmodified material extracted from Eterspire.
  • Damage Eterspire's reputation, community or sales.
  • Infringe somebody else's rights or reveal their personal information.
  • Promote hatred or harassment, advertise personal beliefs beyond the ordinary bounds of fiction, or include excessive sexual content that might be considered unlawful.
  • Distribute cheats, bots or exploits intended to disrupt Eterspire or its players.
  • Use Eterspire in an NFT, cryptocurrency or blockchain project without written permission.
  • Publish AI-generated or primarily AI-generated artwork, music, voices, video, writing or other creative assets. AI-assisted coding and practical, non-creative assistance are fine.

Distribution and Sales

Small-scale commercial Fan Content is allowed, including commissions, merchandise, crowdfunding and similar fan activity. Advertising revenue, donations and optional purchases are also allowed.

Fan games may be distributed for free or sold physically or digitally. They must not be an MMORPG, online RPG, private server or service intended to replace or directly compete with Eterspire.

Large companies, mass-market products and other large commercial projects require our permission before release.

Music

Covers, remixes, arrangements, DJ sets, live performances and fan albums based on Eterspire's music are welcome. You may publish, perform, monetize and sell them under the rules above. Please credit Stonehollow Workshop and identify the original song and composer whenever possible.

Do not upload an original track unchanged, redistribute extracted audio, or register your work with Content ID in a way that could affect official Eterspire music or another creator's Fan Content.

Official Material, Names and Player Characters

Screenshots, gameplay videos and streams are allowed and may be monetized. You may use the name "Eterspire" to identify your work and show the logo when referring to the original game, but not as your own primary branding or in a way that appears official.

You may freely feature your own player character. Obtain permission before depicting another player's character as an explicit likeness or representation of that player.

Sharing, Responsibility and Changes

Stonehollow Workshop may share or feature Fan Content on official social media, streams, websites or community channels. We will credit the creator whenever reasonably possible.

You are responsible for your Fan Content and any problems it causes. We may ask for the removal of content that violates these guidelines, appears official, infringes somebody else's rights, disrupts the game, or falls outside the commercial permission given here. We may also update these guidelines in the future.

For permission or questions about larger commercial projects, contact creators@shw.ar.
